WhatsApp is rolling out a new shortcut for quick replies. Recently WhatsApp has been releasing many new updates for Android, IOS and desktop users back to back. This time WhatsApp is ready with the new update for the business app on Android and iOS. WhatsApp is a user-friendly and most popular instant messaging application.

It gives you all you need in few taps from sending messages, pictures, files video messages to video calling. Along with all these exciting features this time it brings you a new shortcut to send quick replies for the business accounts. WhatsApp business presents this new feature to help clients manage better business conversations. The new quick replies shortcut feature is available on the latest updates of business beta.

WhatsApp new shortcut – QUICK REPLIES

Quick reply option helps you to address frequently asked questions in a lot faster and easier way. WhatsApp released ‘quick replies’ as one of the first key feature for the business platform. With the help of this feature you can reuse frequently sent messages by replying instantly using keyboard shortcuts. This feature allows you to create shortcuts for those messages that you send to your clients using rapid replies.

You can even add graphics and videos in the form of media messages. The WhatsApp business app generates instant replies by default based on the information provided in your business profile. You can select your response including your hours, address or even your full profile. You just have to type, “/” on the chat text box of the message selecting from the list. To send media files just tap the attach symbol and then quick reply.

“This week, It is adding one more entry point that will display all available shortcuts created in the WhatsApp business settings”, WABetaInfo said. In a screenshot shared by a source it is visible that the new shortcut has been introduced in the chat share action menu. But the shortcut is not just available for iOS users. Users who use the latest beta version of WhatsApp business for Android can also see the quick replies shortcut at the same position.

The reason is unknown for why it decided to implement another shortcut to open your quick replies. But maybe the new shortcut will be helpful for more business know this feature. At present this feature is available to select Android and iOS beta testers on the current Business beta. So please wait for the new updates to get this feature enabled for your WhatsApp accounts as more activations are on the line.
